All E-1-1.com products comes complete with the USB flash memory device. A CD is used for Window?s 98 customers, instructions and the pre-loaded MEDKEe ?Medical Alert Program.?

Under most circumstances your order will be shipped within three to five business days.
3. How do I know that you have received my order?
After we receive and process your order we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
4. How will my order be shipped?
All orders in the United States will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service as Priority Mail.
5. I don't have a Credit Card. May I make an order with a check or money order?
Yes, just download the Offline Order Form (118 KB), print it out, then select the product(s) you want to purchase, and mail the form back to us.

6. What should I do if my E-1-1.com product is damaged or does not work?
Each E-1-1.com product is made with the highest quality materials under strict quality control standards. All E-1-1.com products are tested before they leave our factory. In the event your product is damaged in shipping please call our 1-800 number for instructions.
7. What is the warranty?
All E-1-1.com products carry a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
8. What is your return policy?

9. I have limited computer skills. How difficult is it to fill out the Medical Alert Form?
The Medical Alert Information Form is very simple to use. It is in a template format. All that is required is that you type the information in each cell and press SAVE at the bottom of the page.
